Pet Policy


At 7East we love our Fur-babies! We have a 100lb  weight limit on our furry friends. There is a two-pet maximum per apartment, a non-refundable pet fee ($400 for one pet, or $600 for two pets), and a $25 monthly pet rent per pet. Standard breed restrictions do apply. We partner with www.petscreening.com for our review process. 


*Breed, size, weight limitations, and fee and deposit requirements do not apply to assistance animals. We comply with all applicable fair housing laws.
